Jackson Ude, a well-known journalist, has threatened to make public, the video of Big Brother Naija’s’shine ya eyes’ contestant Pere Egbi’s alleged affair with Rashida Yahaya Bello, the first lady of Kogi State.
Jackson Ude has previously said that the reality star turned actor was having an affair with Rashida Bello.
In a now-deleted remark, Jackson Ude wondered why the BBnaija star was often near the First Lady.
According to him, word on the street in Abuja is that Pere and Rashida Bello are lovers, as they have been seen together multiple times at the Hilton Hotel Abuja.
According to Jackson Ude, the rumor is that Rashida gave Egbi N5 million naira when they first met.
“Why is #BBNaija Pere Egbi all over the place with Kogi First Lady, Rashida Bello? Gist around Abuja says that they are lovers. Egbi and Mrs Bello are said to have been sighted severally at the Hilton Hotel Abuja. The gist is that when they first met, First Lady gifted Egbi N5 million”.
Pere Egbi’s Reaction To The Allegation Made By Renowned Journalist Jackson Ude
The stories of Pere Egbi’s affair with the first lady had enraged him.
Pere Egbi vowed to sue the journalist when the reports were shut down.
He called the report a “demonic fabrication” and a “figment of Jackson’s disordered mind.”
He swore to take him to court if he did not comply with his demands.
“For the records, the publication about me and the First Lady of Kogi State is a demonic lie and a figment of a diseased imagination of Jackson Ode and those retweeting that rubbish, they must answer me in court both in Nigeria and in the United States of America where he is based”.
Jackson Ude Fires Back At Pere Egbi After Denying The Allegations Made Against Him
Jackson Ude responded by questioning who he is and advising him to remain silent.
If the actor fails to keep his name out of his mouth, Jackson Ude has threatened to disclose the video he has with him.
He added that senior officials pleaded with him to erase the tweet, but that he is willing to release it if the actor attempts to tackle him.
He tweeted, “Who the hell is #BBNaija Pere Egbi? They better advice him to keep quiet. If I hear or see my name on his mention again, I will release the video and damn it. I deleted earlier tweet because senior officials pleaded. But if he wants to flex muscles with me, try me!”.
