Roseline Omokhoa Afije, aka Liquorose, is a former Big Brother Naija Season 6 housemate who has just released her first book.
With the publication of her book ‘Filter – Look under the mark of love,’ the reality show’s first runner-up has joined the writers and authors club.
Her 27th birthday celebration, themed Rose Gatsby, fell on the same day as the book’s release.
Liquorose explained that her new venture into the realm of writing has been an emotional one for her, and she hopes that the book will resonate with everyone.
She expressed her surprise that the book is now a reality and that she has joined the authors club.
Liquorose admitted that releasing the book was a daunting task for her and that she never imagined she would be able to do so.
In her words,
“If anyone had told me that I would be an Author this year, I won’t have believed it. Yesterday was my happiest day not just because of my birthday celebration, but also on becoming an author. It’s been an overwhelming journey publishing this book. FILTERS BY ROSE was launched yesterday. I will like to give a huge shout-out to the team that worked on this with me and my advanced readers team loved this book and I hope the public will love it too. This is an emotional phase for me and I hope this book means something to everyone out there that will be opportunes to read it. FIlTERS will be available for purchase both Hard and E_Copy this week.
