Funke Akindele uploaded a clip from her film Ayetoro Town, which is a spin-off of her Jenifa’s Diary comic series. The actress was seen in the video campaigning for the chairperson of Ayetoro ahead of the election.
The popular actress was observed campaigning to educate women about the importance of voting for the correct candidate and not selling their votes and children’s future for perishable products.
Nigerian celebrities such Seyi Alesh, Jide Awobona, WUnmi Toriola, Jackie B, Monalisa Stephen, and Adekola Tijani joined Funke Akindele’s followers in congratulating her on the amusing but educational film.
