Nicki Minaj Files Lawsuit After Woman Accuses Her Of Substance Abuse

Last updated on September 15, 2022

Nicki Minaj appears to be fed up with lies because she decides to take legal action against individuals who use social media to propagate misinformation. According to court docs acquired by TMZ, Nicki is suing Marley also knownasknownas Nosey Heauxon her social platforms.

In the documents, it states that on Monday Green posted a video accusing Nicki of engaging in substance abuse. Not only that, but she also made disturbing comments about Nicki’s 1-year-old son, stating, “Your baby is going to be a rapist, too.”

The video Green shared has received attention, Nicki and her team noted, raising the chance that some individuals would accept Green’s bogus claims. Judd Burstein, Nicki’s lawyer, said that the video had more than 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets, indicating that it reached a sizable audience.

Green accused Nicki of using cocaine, which she denies doing, and she is suing for defamation as a result. Additionally, she wants a jury to determine damages of at least $75,000 for her.

Burstein informed TMZ,

“When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name “Nosey Heaux” because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment. Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate. My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”
