The Level Up Housemates have experienced challenges with self-esteem, much like many other people. Allysyn disclosed throughout the Task how she continued gazing in the mirror to accept the color of her skin.
She described how, as her quest for her own self grew more intense, she would look for herself in other people and eventually cut her hair.
Rachel, on the other hand, remarked that she felt out of place in whichever group she was in. The Rider for this season claimed that she conquered this through having faith in herself and finding strength within.
Head of House Phyna acknowledged being a feminist and discussed how she had been victimized by males; these revelations gave her the self-assurance she needed to try out for the program.
Phyna also admitted that she tends to be a hermit and that her family and close friends bring her happiness. Chichi, who claimed she was perpetually excluded, also shared a similar experience to Rachel at the House. Chichi said, until she discovered my inner power and confidence, she was never permitted to show her uniqueness Although they just got into a fierce dispute, Rachel and Chichi both found their way to one another in the House and forged a bond.
