‘The World Will Know The Truth’ – Lawyer To Late Osinachi’s Husband Speaks As Peter Pleads ‘Not Guilty [Details]

Victor O. Abakpa, Peter Nwachukwu’s lawyer, has responded to reports accusing his client of murdering his late wife, gospel singer Osinachi.

According to the lawyer, the world will soon learn the truth regarding Osinachi’s death.

The Federal Capital Territory High Court on Friday delayed the trial of Peter Nwachukwu, who was charged with 23 counts of domestic abuse and homicide, to June 16 and 17.

On Friday, Justice N.K. Nwosu-Iheme ordered him to be remanded at the Kuje Correctional Facility.

Because his client has pled not guilty, Victor believes the world will soon learn the truth.

“SURELY JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL, THE WORLD WILL COME TO KNOW THE TRUTH. WE CANNOT SAY MORE THAN THAT.

“YOU HEARD HE PLEADED NOT GUILTY, THAT’S OUR POSITION FOR NOW UNTIL THE CASE IS PROVED OTHERWISE,” THE LAWYER STATED.

After the court rose, the suspect, who was handcuffed, pleaded with the reporters that his wife had died of cancer.

He also claimed that his in-laws had been lying to him.

Remember that Nwachukwu’s wife, Osinachi, died on April 8, and many of her coworkers accused her husband of subjecting her to domestic violence, which resulted in her death.
